I had a room with a comfy bed, central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV. It was pretty much everything I needed to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring 🛏️.

Well-equipped room, the bed was comfortable. There was a handy kitchenette with a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator.

Peaceful setting, nice staff.

Easy check in and late check out.

The room was well decorated and large with superb amenities, making it a great place to spend a sunny 9 nights.

The comfort apartment is brand-new and has central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and TV. Its location is beautiful & incredible, near to Malcesine and Verona and the lake.

I recently stayed at this awesome hotel near Lake Garda. The price was worth every penny and the room was clean and cozy. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the lake and a short drive from the airport. The staff at Residence Borgo Mondragon were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Room was dirty and not cousy, beds were uncomfortable and walls are not soundproof so you could hear neighbours. Apartment has so many wierd rules.

We had a memorable stay in this amazing place, thanks to the beautiful gardens, breathtaking pool, and courteous staff. The location was perfect, as it was close to the lake and this city. The hotel also provided secure parking, making it very convenient for us. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with lovely details and lots of warmth. the hotel facilities were top-notch, including the fantastic breakfast options.

Good location near to Lago di Garda. The Residence is a combination of beautiful renovated old country side houses in the typicall North Italian style. The equipment of the appartments is functional and for a family is enough space. The rooms are equipted with aircon, what's comfortable in the Italian summer.

The receptionist isn't flexible at all and acts very bureaucratic. It's very difficult to reach her. The service telephone of Residence Borgo Mondragon is useless, because nobody feels responsible for my problems.

After 19.00 guests left to themselves. There is no staff. If you have any problems, you will allow them yourself. Residence is situated in a distance from the city and the lake and other interesting places, so without a car there is nothing to do.

Great hotel, well-maintained pool with lots of available sunbeds. Nice location as it is close to a major supermarket and a short walk to the city center. the nearby beaches are stunning and well worth a visit.

The room was average, with no possibility to regulate the air conditioning, and we found the sofa beds very uncomfortable. the WiFi signal was weak, particularly in the rooms furthest from reception.

Superb facilities and location. Excellent set up and very well maintained. Everything we needed in an superb setting, not too far from Lazise and lake garda shores, but away from it all and relaxing. The pool and grounds were superb. The apartment was well catered for eating in. Excellent value for money, would definately recommend and stay at Borgo Mondragon again.
